6 Hours of Sleep is Just as Bad for Your Productivity as Getting None at All

We’ve all heard that not getting enough sleep is bad for our health and for productivity, but one study impresses just how bad. Sleeping only six hours per night, after time, makes you perform as if you hadn’t slept at all for the past two days, and the kicker is you don’t even realize it!
